Feeding the line by a conveyor who can switch between the 2 slice and packing lines. With counter to see how many breads each line has packed.

One line for slicing and packing halves- and one line for whole bread. With bypass for unsliced bread as well as extra long HTA conveyor for several label units.

Capacity up to 30 per minute (because of closing machine, depending on type of products.

Automatic slice and packaging line manufactured by HOBA for bread / buns (combined use). Bandblade Slicer type Holly HSA-2 with adjustable slice thickness, Bagloader type Holly HBS with unsliced infeed for buns from the side and Packaging machine type Holly HTA-5 to close the bag with Tab-Lok closures.

Capacity up to 60 per minute, depending on type of product.

Fully automatic slice and packaging line for bread. Slicer connected with automatic infeed from out of the cooling spiral. Bread is sliced, packed with the flowpacker and after this clipped with a clipband closing conveyor.

On this line there are two labelmachines installed. One machine to put a label on the bottom of the bag and one machine to put a label on the top of the bag. The labelmachine is also possible in a version which blows the label on the bag.
